There are some real gems in this list (from the Apple Matters website) that any real MAC fan would enjoy. My favorite is to command-click the “jelly bean” in the upper right-hand corner of a window to cycle through the various toolbar appearances.
One tip that I knew about that I still find useful is to activate Expose’ and then hit the tab key to cycle through all the open applications. Very useful when you have many windows open at once.
